The next seminar for Azerbaijani boxing referees has been held.
According to the Azerbaijan Boxing Federation (ABF) to "Report", the training took place in Gabala.
The seminar, held at the Heydar Aliyev Center, was attended by ABF Secretary General Naghi Safarov, and Head of the Shaki-Zagatala Regional Youth and Sports Department Fakhri Soltanov.
Opening the event with an introductory speech, Naghi Safarov said that one of the main directions of the ABF is the training of referees, increasing the number of stars and successfully representing our country in the international arena. According to him, various trainings are held every year in this regard, and necessary steps are taken to involve young people in refereeing.
Then, Emil Gurbanaliyev, chairman of the ABF Referees Committee, provided information about the agenda of the seminar.
Professor, international referee Galib Abiyev explained the new rules to be applied and gave the necessary recommendations. At the end, the referees' questions were answered.
