Azerbaijani taekwondo athletes will participate in the "President's Cup" to be held in Sofia, Bulgaria.
"Report" informs, citing the press service of the federation, that for this purpose, the national team has traveled to Çanakkale to participate in a training camp together with the Turkish national team.
Following the training camp in the brotherly country, the taekwondo athletes will go to Bulgaria on May 16.
The athletes will be led by Mammad Abdullayev, head coach of the national adult team, Elnur Amanov, senior coach of the team, and coach Gunay Zeynalova.
It should be noted that 15 athletes (11 men, 4 women) will represent our country in the competition, which will start on May 16.
