The "Victory Cup" wrestling tournament will start tomorrow in Antalya, Turkey. Sport24.az reports that our women's team will compete in the traditional competition for the U17 age group.
9 of our wrestlers will participate in the three-day tournament under the leadership of senior coaches Rovshan Umudov and Hasrat Mammadyarov.
Gunel Guliyeva (40 kg), Nazrin Ahmadli (46 kg), Khadija Gurbanzade (49 kg), Fatima Bayramova, Khadijakhanim Talibova (both 53 kg), Ulviyya Musayeva (57 kg), Esra Mammadli (61 kg), Fidan Babayeva (65 kg) and Milana Baghirzade (69 kg) will step onto the mat.
Elkhan Hamidzade, a third-class international referee, will uphold justice in the competition.
