Today, the semi-final matches of the Azerbaijan Volleyball Championship among girls and boys under 18 (U-18) were held in the sports hall of the Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation.
Idman.Biz reports that in the first semi-final match of the girls' competition, the "Lokomotiv" team faced "Oghuz RVK". "Lokomotiv" won a ticket to the final by defeating its opponent with a score of 3:0. In the other semi-final match, the "National Aviation Academy" team advanced to the final by winning 3:1 over "Momina Khatun".
Thus, in the match for third place to be held tomorrow, "Momina Khatun" and "Oghuz RVK" will face each other, and in the final match, "Lokomotiv" and "National Aviation Academy" teams will compete.
In the second half of the day, the semi-final matches between the boys took place. In the first semi-final match, the "ORDU" team won against "Murov Az Terminal" with a score of 3:2 and advanced to the final. In the other semi-final match, the "Sharqi Zangazur RVK" team defeated "Baku RVK" with a score of 3:1 and won a ticket to the final.
Thus, in the boys' competition, "Baku RVK" and "Murov Az Terminal" will face each other in the match for third place, and "ORDU" and "Sharqi Zangazur RVK" teams will face each other in the final match.
The third-place and final matches to be held tomorrow will be organized at the Volleyball Center of the GIN. After the games, the award ceremony of the winners will be held.
