The presentation ceremony of the newly established "DH Volley Baku" club, consisting of female volleyball players, was held in Azerbaijan.
According to "Report", the event was attended by club president Sharaf Yalcin, other officials, coaches and team members.
Sh. Yalcin wished success to the newly formed team:
"In the new season, we want to make a name for ourselves not only in local competitions, but also in the international arena. For this purpose, we strengthened the team with both members of the Azerbaijani national team and elite players with European experience. We believe that with these players, as "DH Volley Baku", we will be one of the strongest candidates in the championship race. The club's goal is to add value to the country's volleyball in a short time, and in the near future to turn it into a brand that competes in Europe, is recognized and respected."
In the end, contracts were signed with 5 local volleyball players - captain Aynur Imanova, Katerina Zhidkova, Jeyran Imanova, Nilufer Agazade and Raziya Aliyeva.
It should be noted that "DH Volley Baku" will play in the Azerbaijan Higher League next season.
