The schedule and rules for the play-off stage in the Azerbaijan Women's Volleyball Higher League have been determined. The decisive matches for the championship will start on March 27.
Idman.Biz reports that the 1/4 and 1/2 final matches in the play-off stage will be organized on a home and away basis, in a two-game format. According to the regulations, if the number of wins of the teams is equal as a result of both games, a "golden set" will be played to determine the team that advances to the next stage.
In the decisive stage of the tournament, the matches for bronze and gold medals will be held in a different format. These matches will consist of only one game, and the winning teams will directly determine the prize winners. Currently, the clubs that have qualified for the play-offs are completing their final preparations before the decisive games.
