The Azerbaijan national team consisting of boys under 16 will compete in the 2nd qualifying round of the European Championship.
Idman.biz reports that our team has departed for Spain today, which will host the competition, for this purpose.
In the championship to be held on April 25-27, our team will test its strength in Group B. In addition to the host, our national team's opponents will be the Estonian and Austrian national teams. Jahangir Seyed Abbasi will lead our team.
It should be noted that 20 teams will compete in 5 groups in the second qualifying round of EURO-2025. The teams that take the first two places in the group, as well as the two best teams that will be in the third place, will qualify for the final stage of the continental championship.
