Azerbaijan's women's national volleyball team has started preparations for the European Golden League.
Idman.biz reports that a meeting was held with the volleyball players under the leadership of head coach Faig Garayev for this purpose.
The meeting, which took place today at the Volleyball Center of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, was attended by national team members currently in the country, young volleyball players, the coaching staff, and representatives of the federation.
The head coach of our national team, Faig Garayev, greeted everyone and wished our team success in the European Golden League. He stated that training has started from today and provided detailed information about the preparation process for the competition. F. Garayev said that our team will train in Baku for a few days, and then go to a training camp.
Later, national team players Katerina Zhidkova and Aynur Imanova spoke. Our volleyball players stated that they will do their best to perform at a high level in the competition and wished everyone success.
It should be noted that information about the final composition of our team will be provided in the coming days.
