Iskandar Asgarov, the head of the sports department of the Azerbaijan Handball Federation (AHF) and an international representative, has been appointed.
This was reported to "Report" by the AHF press service.
I.Asgarov will be the representative of the European Handball Federation (EHF) in both matches between the Polish "Start Elblag" and the Turkish "Trabzon Ortahisar" teams in the III qualifying round of the European Cup among women handball players.
The matches, which will be held on September 27 and 29 at the Besirli Tennis Sports Complex in Trabzon, will be managed by a Serbian referee brigade.
