Iskandar Asgarov, head of the sports department of the Azerbaijan Handball Federation (AHF) and an international representative, has been appointed.
Idman.biz reports that the AHF press service has released information about this.
Asgarov will be the representative of the European Handball Federation (EHF) in both matches of the third qualifying round of the European Cup among women's handball players between Poland's "Start Elblag" and Turkey's "Trabzon Ortahisar" teams.
It should be noted that the matches, which will take place on September 27 and 29 at the "Besirli Tennis" Sports Complex in Trabzon, will be managed by a Serbian referee team.
