Shahin Chatma, the head coach of the national volleyball teams consisting of teenage and young girls, met with the athletes of the "Ganja" Volleyball Academy. According to Sport24.az, Elvar Osmanov, the president of the "Ganja" club, Bayram Aslanov, a member of the Board of the New Azerbaijan Party, chairman of the Ganja City Organization, and Maftun Salmanov, a representative of the Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation, also participated in the meeting held at the Ganja Olympic Sports Complex.
During the meeting, Shahin Chatma watched the training of young volleyball players, gave them his advice, and answered their questions. The coach informed the athletes about the technical and tactical subtleties of volleyball, ways to overcome the difficulties that arise during teamwork, and the basic principles of being a professional athlete.
At the meeting, where the importance of children's volleyball was especially emphasized, the continuous support of "Ganja" for the Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation's "Volleyball Kids" project was particularly emphasized. The main goal of the project is to achieve the mass character of volleyball among children and teenagers, to identify talented athletes and introduce them to the world of professional sports. The "Ganja" club regularly pays special attention to the training of a new generation of athletes in this direction.
