The young players of the newly established "Baku" handball club must work hard and gain experience. Sport24.az reports that this was stated by Chingiz Azimov, who was appointed head coach of the team, in his statement to Report.
The expert said he was very happy to be invited to this club:
"Because the new team is mainly formed of young handball players. As you know, I have worked in a number of clubs in my coaching career, as well as with young people. There are 4 handball players in the "Baku" team representing our regions. Two of them are from Shirvan, and the others are from Goygol and Mingachevir. This is very important. The presence of handball players from the regions in the team can increase interest in handball in those cities and regions, as well as create a basis for the mass character of this sport".
He said he loves working with young people:
"I believe that the young players of "Baku" will play in the main teams as experienced handball players in the near future. I love working with young people. I can say that a number of handball players who once played under my leadership are now continuing their successful activities as coaches. The young handball players of "Baku" must also work hard and gain experience. I have great hopes for them".
