The "Ganja" women's volleyball team has announced its new head coach.
"Report" reports that the press service of the regional representative has released information about this.
The team has signed a one-season contract with Brazilian specialist Rafael Petri.
The 44-year-old head coach led the Peruvian representative "Alianza Lima" club to the national championship in the 2023/2024 season. This was the club's first championship in 31 years.
During his career, Rafael Petri has coached various clubs in Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Colombia and the Czech Republic.
He has also coached the Colombian U-17, U-18 and U-20 national teams. From 2020 to 2022, he served as the head coach of the Mexican national team.
