The Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation (AVF) has organized another "1st degree" coaching course.
The course, held in Baku from April 1-5, was conducted by FIVB coach-instructor, Professor Cengiz Akarçeşme. During the training, participants learned about attracting children to volleyball, working methods with beginners, fostering a love for volleyball in children, and psychological support methods.
A total of 30 people from Baku and the regions participated in the course, which consisted of theoretical and practical exercises.
At the end, the participants passed theoretical and technical exams. The results will be announced in the coming days, and participants who successfully pass the exam will be awarded the AVF "1st degree" coaching certificate.
It should be noted that the "2nd degree" coaching course was also launched on April 6. The AVF aims to continuously strengthen professional coaching training in the country through such courses.
