The Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation (AVF) is organizing a first-degree coaching course for coach-teachers. Sport24.az reports that the classes will be held from July 14-20 at the Olympic Sports Complex named after Ilham Aliyev in Nakhchivan.
Coach-teachers from cities and regions included in the Nakhchivan branch of the AVF will participate in the course. The lessons, which will consist of theoretical and practical parts, will be conducted by Cengiz Akarçeşme, the head of training and lower age groups of the AVF. Specialists who successfully pass the exam at the end will receive the AVF's 1st degree certificate.
It should be noted that in 2024, first-degree coaching courses were held in Gabala (August 9-12), Sumgayit (September 21-26) and Baku (December 7-22). The Federation will also organize courses in other regions. Coach-teachers who have received a 1st degree certificate will be able to coach in local championships.
