Azerbaijan's U-18 men's national beach volleyball team has qualified for the main stage of the European Championship.
"Report" informs that our team, consisting of the pair Ibrahim Mammadov/Muhammad Aslanli, faced the Serbian national team in the qualifying stage of the competition held in Corigliano-Rossano, Italy.
The match ended with a 2:0 (21:10; 21:15) victory for our representatives, and the team qualified for the main stage of the European Championship.
It should be noted that Azerbaijan is represented in the championship by one girls' and one boys' team. The girls will join the competition from the main stage. The main stage games will start tomorrow.
