Azerbaijan women's national handball team has parted ways with its head coach Aleksandr Revva.
Idman.Biz reports with reference to AZERTAC that this was caused by the team's unsuccessful results.
The team failed to be among the medalists at the VI Islamic Solidarity Games held in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.
It should be noted that Aleksandr Revva had been leading the Azerbaijan national team since October 2023. The specialist was also dismissed from the "Azeryol" women's handball team.
