Volleyball competitions have started at the III CIS Games, which Azerbaijan is hosting for the first time.
Idman.biz reports that the Azerbaijan national women's team also had its first test in the matches organized at the Ganja Sports Palace.
The team, which is in group A, faced Tajikistan. The match ended with a 3:0 victory for the national team.
The team will hold its next match against the Uzbekistan team on October 3.
