The Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation (AVF) has launched a selection process for junior and young male volleyball players.
According to "Report", the "Selection Day" included selections held on February 14-15 in teams operating under the Sumgayit Regional Volleyball Club and the Eastern Zangezur Regional Volleyball Club.
Here, the physical fitness level and technical-tactical skills of volleyball players born in 2012 and 2013 were evaluated by Jahangir Seyed Abbasi, the head coach of the national teams of young men.
Selected promising athletes will be involved in national teams in the appropriate age groups.
It should be noted that the selection process will be continued in stages. The next "Selection Day" will be organized on February 21 at the base of the Baku Regional Volleyball Club.
