Aslan Hamidov, the attacker of the Azerbaijan national men's volleyball team, evaluated the games they played in the first round of the Silver European League held in Sweden.
In an interview with "Report", the volleyball player considered the first round successful.
He emphasized that the game against Sweden was difficult:
"The first round was quite successful for us. Our first game against Sweden was difficult. I think we were able to play better in the second set of that match."
The attacker also evaluated the match against the Georgian national team:
"We performed better in this match and won with a score of 3:0. The team play we showed in this match was one of the main reasons for the victory. We will do our best in the next rounds as well. Of course, our goal is not only to win every game, but also to develop ourselves further."
It should be noted that the team led by Farid Jalalov lost to the home team (0:3) in the games held in the first round of the Silver European League held in Sweden, and won against the Georgian team with the same score.
