The international regatta for kayak and canoe, dedicated to June 1 – International Children's Protection Day, has concluded in Uralsk, Kazakhstan.
Idman.Biz reports that all members of our team, which went to the competition with a 4-person squad, managed to win medals.
Vagif Mustafazade and Fakhri Sadigli, competing in a two-person canoe, finished 3rd in the 200-meter races.
The pair Sanan Jafarov and Tahir Movsumov, competing in a two-person kayak, climbed to the third step of the podium in the 500-meter distance. Sanan and Tahir were awarded silver medals in the 200-meter races.
