The 3rd meeting of the Organizing Committee for the holding of the III CIS Games was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister Samir Sharifov.
"Report" informs that presentations on the preparation of the Games by the Baku City Ring Operating Company under the Ministry of Youth and Sports were heard at the event.
At the same time, airport operations, transportation, security, uniforms, accreditation, branding, events, awarding, ticketing system, logistics, catering services, cleaning and waste management; administrative affairs, human resources and workforce, the III CIS Games volunteer program, venue management, media services and communications, information technologies and broadcasting, sports operations, preparation for opening and closing ceremonies, and information on the work carried out in the direction of preparing sports facilities for the Games was provided.
