The VI Islamic Solidarity Games, held in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, continue. Sport24.az reports that Azerbaijani athletes will compete in 4 sports today.

Our women's handball team will hold its first match in the Islamic Games against Uzbekistan. The match of Group B will start at 15:00 Baku time.
Elchin Eminov (60 kg) and Hamza Rasulzade (70 kg) will clarify their relations with their rivals in the 1/16 finals of the wushu competitions, and Khalida Mirzayeva (56 kg) in the 1/4 finals.
Azerbaijani taekwondo players Javad Agayev (74 kg), Bahruz Guluzade (54 kg) will compete in the 1/16 finals, and Minaya Akbarova (46 kg) in the 1/4 finals.
It should be noted that the Islamic Games will end on November 21. Azerbaijan is in 7th place in the medal standings with 39 awards (5 gold, 13 silver, 21 bronze).
