Azerbaijani taekwondo practitioners joined the competition today at the Universiade held in the Rhine-Ruhr region of Germany.
Idman.biz's correspondent, who was sent to Germany, reports that Salima Guliyeva (46 kg) won her first fight against Nigerian representative Shukurat Abdulsalam and advanced to the 1/8 finals.
However, in this stage, she lost to Brazilian Julia Silva Nazario and stopped the fight.
