Hearing the Azerbaijani anthem in our homeland is a different kind of joy.
This was stated by Azerbaijani swimmer Suleyman Ismayilzade, who won a gold medal at the III CIS Games, in an interview with the western bureau of "Report".
He said that he was happy with the successful result:
"There were intense struggles in the swimming competitions. The gold medal I won is Azerbaijan's victory. I thank my personal coach Ruslan Tarkhanov, who contributed to me. It would have been difficult for me to do this without him. I am grateful to our head coach Rashad Abdurrahmanov for preparing us for the competition with high motivation. We always feel the support of the Azerbaijan Swimming Federation and the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Hearing the Azerbaijani anthem in our homeland is a different kind of joy".
It should be noted that S.Ismayilzade won a total of 1 gold, 3 silver and 1 bronze medal in the swimming competitions of the III CIS Games.
