With the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, training was held at the Guba Olympic Complex for the heads of structural divisions of the Azerbaijan Sports Academy (ASA).
Idman.Biz was informed by ASA that presentations and practical discussions were held during the three-day training on strategic planning process, innovative management approaches, increasing the effectiveness of activities, as well as goal and result-oriented management mechanisms.
As a result of the exchange of views during the visit, the Academy's priority directions and action plans for the coming years were determined.
The purpose of the visit was to discuss the importance of the Academy's Strategic Development Plan, to build the activities of structural divisions on the basis of this plan, as well as to organize training and debates on the implementation of the plan.
