Idman.biz reports that the event, which will be held at the city stadium, will start at 19:00.
Karate fighter Asiman Gurbanli and taekwondo fighter Zemfira Hasanzade will carry the Azerbaijani flag at the ceremony.
It should be noted that 1,624 athletes and 2,337 representatives from 13 countries participated in the competition, which started on September 26. 340 athletes represent Azerbaijan, 4 Pakistan, 262 Russia, 254 Uzbekistan, 240 Belarus, 147 Kazakhstan, 144 Tajikistan, 126 Kyrgyzstan, 48 Turkmenistan, 38 Turkey, 11 Cuba, 6 Kuwait, and 4 Oman. The competition will end on October 8 at the Ganja City Stadium.
