Today, the second meeting of the Organizing Committee for the III CIS Games was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Samir Sharifov.
Idman.biz reports that presentations were heard at the event by the Baku City Ring Operating Company under the Ministry of Youth and Sports on the preparation work for the Games.
Information was provided on the work done regarding registration, airport reception and departure, as well as the organization of transportation services during the opening, closing and competitions, equipment and logistics; administrative affairs; formation of staff; volunteer program; media services and communication; sports operations; preparation of competition venues, and ensuring security.
