The opening ceremony of the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games, which will be held in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, will take place today.
Idman.Biz reports that the event, which will be held in "Al Janadryah", will start at 21:00 Baku time.
More than 3,000 athletes from 57 countries are competing for medals in 23 sports at the tournament.
Azerbaijan is represented in the competition by 174 athletes in 20 sports.
It should be noted that the closing ceremony of the Islamic Games will be held on November 21.
