Fred Kerley, a two-time medalist in the 100m sprint at the Paris 2024 Olympics, has been arrested in Miami for assault.
İdman.biz reports that the 29-year-old American track and field athlete was detained following an incident at the official hotel for athletes participating in the "Grand Slam Track," a new competition series launched by athletics legend Michael Johnson.
Kerley was also arrested in Miami in January after a violent confrontation with police. In another incident in January, he was accused of domestic violence against the mother of his children. The athlete pleaded not guilty in both cases.
