Norway has taken a solo lead in the medal table at the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.
Idman.Biz reports that, according to the results of the competitions held on February 8, the Scandinavians have risen to the first place with a total of six medals, winning three gold, one silver, and two bronze medals.
Norway is currently ahead of its closest rivals in terms of the number of gold medals and is leading as the only triple gold medalist according to the results of the first days.
The US team is second with two gold medals, while host Italy, although showing high results in the total number of medals with one gold, two silver, and six bronze, is in third place in terms of gold.
