Murtaza Novruzlu, who took second place in the shooting (trap type) competitions at the III CIS Games, aims to win a gold medal.
According to the employee of "Report", who was sent to Gabala, the athlete said this in a statement to journalists.
He stated that the final was intense and interesting:
"It is a positive thing that the CIS Games are held in our country. The fact that the competitions are held in Azerbaijan increases our responsibility somewhat. The final was intense and interesting. We have been preparing for this tournament since the beginning of the year. I am satisfied with the conditions created. I am happy to have won a silver medal. I feel happy. There are competitions ahead. My goal is to win a gold medal".
It should be noted that today Narmin Jafarova and Murtaza Novruzlu won silver medals in the shooting competition. The shooting competitions will end on October 1.
