A memorandum of understanding on cooperation has been signed between the National Paralympic Committee (NPC) and the Azerbaijan Swimming Federation (ASF).
"Report" reports with reference to the press service of the NPC that a broad meeting was held between officials of both organizations.
The parties discussed future cooperation opportunities in the development of para-swimming, the conditions created for athletes, preparation for international competitions, and the promotion of inclusive sports. According to the memorandum, both organizations will cooperate in the development of para-swimming in the country, the involvement of people with physical disabilities in swimming, the implementation of joint projects, including educational initiatives.
It should be noted that the memorandum was signed by the Secretary General of the NPC, Toghrul Rahimov, and the Secretary General of the ASF, Ogtay Atayev.
