Idman.biz reports that these words were said by Mehri Abdurrahmanli, the Azerbaijani representative who won a bronze medal in the swimming competition held in Ganja at the III CIS Games.
The athlete, who came third in the 100-meter butterfly style swimming, stated that she wants to achieve successful results in future competitions as well: "Participating here is a great experience. My father Rashad Abdurrahmanli also supported me. He was one of those who presented the awards. I thank him."
It should be noted that our other representative, Anastasia Gnussina, finished fourth in the 800-meter freestyle swimming competition and could not be among the winners.
