A mass blood donation campaign is being held with the support of the National Olympic Committee (NOC) and jointly organized by the Republican Blood Bank of the Ministry of Health and the Azerbaijan Blood Donation Development Center.
Idman.biz reports that the blood donation campaign called "Let's be in solidarity, let's save lives with our blood" is organized in the administrative building of the NOC.
During the campaign, donors receive medical services in a completely hygienic environment. The campaign was carried out to support children suffering from thalassemia.
It should be noted that the event dedicated to "June 14 - International Blood Donor Day" will last until 16:00.
