Mehman Karimov, Head of the International Programs Department of the Azerbaijan National Olympic Committee (NOC), has passed away.
According to "Report", the NOC has released a statement about this.
He passed away this morning at the age of 52 after a long battle with cancer.
Mehman Karimov served as the head of the mission in various international competitions, a member of the Board of the National Paralympic Committee, and a member of a number of commissions of the NOC.
