The General Assembly of the Azerbaijan Swimming Federation (ASF) was held.
Idman.Biz reports that the event, which began with the sounding of our national anthem, was opened with an introductory speech by ASF President Zaur Aliyev, who spoke about the results of the past year and the priorities of the federation.
Then, the Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov spoke, praising the activities of the federation and wishing success in its future activities.
ASF Secretary General Ogtay Atayev presented a report on the issues on the agenda, the federation's activities in 2025, and the work done. Then, the new charter of the federation was adopted by voting. Also, Jale Ahmadova was elected the new vice-president of ASF by voting.
Currently, the federation has 4 vice-presidents - Khalig Ildirimzade, Dayanat Sadullayev, Umid Abuzarli and Jale Ahmadova. In addition, Eldar Abbasov, Ruslan Alakbarov, Shamil Abdurrahmanov, Azer Babayev and Mark Koganov are also represented in the Executive Committee.
