It is noted that today, famous Italian football stars Fabio Cannavaro and Ciro Ferrara will continue the relay in their native city of Naples. It is here that the relay will be temporarily suspended during the Christmas holidays.
In total, the relay stage will cover approximately 12,000 kilometers, passing through all 110 regions of Italy. The relay will end on February 6 at the San Siro stadium in Milan, where the opening ceremony will be held.
It should be noted that the 25th Winter Olympic Games of 2026 will be held from February 6 to 22 in the Italian cities of Milan and Cortina.
