Farid Gayibov, the Minister of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan and President of European Gymnastics, participated in the Coordination Commission meeting regarding the fourth European Games to be held in Istanbul in 2027.
Idman.Biz reports with reference to Turkish media that the meeting discussed the preparation issues for the European Games with the heads of national Olympic committees of various countries and other interested parties.
The event, chaired by Turkish Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak, was also attended by the President of the European Olympic Committee Spiros Capralos, the head of the Turkish National Olympic Committee Ahmet Gülüm, as well as officials of the European Olympic Committee, representatives of national and European sports federations.
