The General Assembly of the European Deaflympics Committee is scheduled to be held in Azerbaijan in 2027.
Idman.Biz reports that this was stated by Namig Novruzov, Secretary General of the Azerbaijan Deaflympics Committee, at a press conference.
He emphasized that the committee is implementing various social projects within the country: "The goal is to increase interest in sports among children, adolescents and young people with hearing impairments, and to support their physical and psychological development. For this purpose, close cooperation has been established with specialized schools and public associations, and new sports programs are being developed in various regions."
