A Cooperation Memorandum was signed between the Azerbaijan and Jordan Taekwondo Federations.
The press service of the Azerbaijan Taekwondo Federation (ATF) informed "Report" about this.
Kamaladdin Heydarov, the president of ATF, who is on a visit to Jordan, met with Prince Rashid bin Al-Hasan, the president of the Jordan Taekwondo Federation.
During the meeting, the work done and the achievements made in the development of taekwondo in Azerbaijan and Jordan, respectively, were discussed, the importance of strengthening cooperation between the two federations in order to increase the popularity of this sport was noted, and a broad exchange of views took place.
At the end of the meeting, a "Memorandum of Understanding on Strengthening Cooperation in the Field of Taekwondo Development between the Azerbaijan Taekwondo Federation and the Jordan Taekwondo Federation" was signed.
The memorandum envisages cooperation between Azerbaijan and Jordan in order to strengthen taekwondo relations through mutual training camps, seminars, exchange of athletes and coaches, and other issues.
