Canoe Slalom Arena Conforming to International Standards to be Built in Baku

Azerbaijan plans to build a canoe slalom arena in Baku that meets international standards in order to develop water sports.

İdman.Biz reports this with reference to the Azerbaijan Canoe and Rowing Federation.

The project will be implemented with the support of the International Canoe Federation.

The sports facility will serve to attract young people to this Olympic sport and increase its mass character. The goal is to form a strong and competitive national team in the future.
