The medals won by American athletes at the XXV Winter Olympic Games have broken.
"Report" reports that American athlete Breezy Johnson, the winner of the alpine skiing competition at the Games held in Italy, broke her gold medal while celebrating her victory.
According to reports, Johnson broke the medal's ribbon while jumping for joy, resulting in damage to the medal. A similar incident happened to US representative, figure skater Alysa Liu, who won a gold medal in the team competition. The ribbon of her medal was torn.
It should be noted that the Olympic Games organized in Italy will end on February 22.
