Four para-taekwondo athletes will represent Azerbaijan at the Chuncheon Open International Taekwondo Championships in South Korea. Sport24.az reports that Sabir Zeynalov (58 kg), Amin Shikhaliyev (63 kg), Imamaddin Khalilov (70 kg), and Orkhan Jafarov (80 kg) will compete in the K-44 category of the tournament.
The competition is a ranking event for the Summer Paralympic Games, which will be held in Los Angeles, USA in 2028.
It should be noted that our para-taekwondo athletes will participate in the tournament, which starts on July 11, under the leadership of head coach Farid Tagizade.
