The Judo Grand Prix tournament will start today in Linz, Austria.
Idman.Biz reports that three members of the Azerbaijani national team will compete in two weight categories on the first day of the competition.
Murad Muradli, who will join the competition in the 60 kg weight category among men from the 1/8 finals, will face German representative Maxim Taran.
In the 66 kg weight category, Ruslan Pashayev will face the winner of the Eran Fiks (Israel) - Yusuf Nurkovic (Montenegro) pair in the 1/16 final stage.
Islam Rahimov, our other representative in this weight category, will also start the competition from the 1/16 finals. He will compete against the winner of the Andreas Prokop (Austria) - Alessio De Luca (Italy) pair.
