The Azerbaijan national team, consisting of men, continues to prepare for the world championship in judo, holding a training camp in Gusar.
Idman.Biz reports that the main focus of the training sessions, led by head coach Richard Trautman, is on improving the athletes' physical fitness level and refining their technical and tactical skills in ne-waza.
Note that the judo world championship will be held at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku from October 4 to 11, 2026.
