An official belt degree exam was held at the Absheron Olympic Sports Complex, organized by the Azerbaijan Judo Federation (ACF).
According to Idman.Biz, referring to the ACF, 425 judokas demonstrated their knowledge and skills in white-yellow, yellow, orange, green, blue and brown belt degrees, based on their age.
Athletes who successfully completed the exam were awarded with relevant belts and certificates.
Belt exams serve to ensure that judokas learn techniques more systematically and comprehensively, while also increasing their motivation. Belt degree is an important indicator in terms of assessing and officially recognizing an athlete's level of preparedness, and is also one of the necessary conditions for participating in prestigious domestic competitions in the future.
