The Azerbaijan minifootball national team played its 1/4 final match at the European Championship held in Slovakia. Sport24.az reports that the team, coached by Elshad Guliyev, faced the Czech Republic.
The match, held at "Tipos Arena", ended with a 5:2 victory for the Azerbaijan national team. Our team's goals were scored by Eshgin Taghiyev (2), Tamkin Khalilzadeh, Ramiz Chovdarov, and Mahammad Khalilov.
The Azerbaijan national team will face Serbia in the semi-finals.
It should be noted that our national team defeated Kazakhstan 3:2 in the 1/8 final. The team also beat Austria (1:0), Italy (3:0), and France (3:2) in Group F.
