The second round of the K group of the World Football Championship has started. According to Sport24.az, in the match held in Guadalajara, the Colombian national team met with the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
In the first half of the match, refereed by Italian FIFA referee Maurizio Mariani, no goals were scored. After the break, the South American referee took charge in the 76th minute. Daniel Munyos put his team ahead in the score. This goal decided both the game and the fate of the match. Colombia, which won two consecutive games, secured a spot in the playoffs.
