According to Report, the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS) has released this information.
The 24-year-old winger achieved this by scoring in the Champions League match against Austrian representative Salzburg.
He became the second player to score 100 goals in all competitions for the Madrid team, after his compatriot Ronaldo (104 goals).
In total, 23 players have reached the 100-goal mark at the "Royal Club".
It should be noted that Real Madrid defeated Salzburg 5:1 in the seventh round match of the Champions League League stage.
